The President of Phi Beta Lambda oversees the overall operations of the organization and ensures that everything is progressing efficiently. The primary responsibilities of the President include: overseeing the organization, facilitating general body meetings and Leadership Team meetings, managing the Leadership Team, coordinating special events, building strong corporate relations, and planning the State Leadership Conference and the National Leadership Conference. In addition, the President promotes a culture that motivates and engages its members. Lastly, as President, one is expected to be accessible to members if any ideas, questions, or concerns arise. This includes meeting with members outside of regular meetings, serving as a mentor, and supporting members with various events.
